You will collaborate with diverse teams, facilitating workshops to align on capabilities and propositions. Your analytical skills will play a crucial role in translating findings into actionable business concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead innovative process designs to validate business services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for transformation initiatives
• Facilitate workshops to collect and map stakeholder requirements
• Create prototypes and iterate to test their feasibility
• Document and clarify requirements for effective implementation
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related area
• At least 5 years of business leadership experience
• 3+ years in roles focused on strategy or design
• Proven skills in business model generation
• Strong relationship-building and communication abilities
