Key Responsibilities:

• Own customs compliance processes across Finning entities

• Manage high-complexity HS classification independently

• Lead investigations into tariff changes and regulatory developments

• Serve as the primary technical contact with customs authorities

• Mentor Trade Compliance Specialists for enhanced decision-making

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in trade compliance

• Degree in International Trade, Logistics, or related field

• Expertise in Canadian and U.S. customs regulations

• Professional certifications like CITP / FIBP preferred

• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis
