Director Strategic Advisory Portfolio

Shape BBA’s Strategic Advisory portfolio through category management, consulting leadership, and market-focused service development across a distributed organization.
As Director, Strategic Advisory, Category Management, you’ll establish portfolio architecture and strategic direction for BBA’s advisory services. You’ll translate technical expertise into differentiated, commercially viable offerings while coordinating leaders, account managers, sales teams, and subject-matter experts. The position combines portfolio leadership with select high-value client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop BBA’s integrated Strategic Advisory portfolio architecture
Lead category strategies, growth plans, and investment recommendations
Transform expertise into sellable, repeatable advisory services
Standardize methodologies, tools, frameworks, and client deliverables
Track portfolio growth, performance, adoption, and client value
Requirements:
Relevant undergraduate degree in a related discipline
Significant experience growing consulting or advisory portfolios
Experience developing category strategies and reusable consulting products
Strong executive communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
Availability to travel according to business and client needs
Lead BBA’s category management strategy through portfolio architecture, advisory offerings, executive communication, and strategic consulting engagements.
