Mercer’s Career Consulting Team seeks a Senior Associate, Transformation, with five to ten years of relevant experience. You will help organizations transform how they work and how people experience work. The position emphasizes project management, facilitation, analytical storytelling, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage change management workstream plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and trackers
- Maintain issue, risk, and decision logs across transformation engagements
- Coordinate workshops, governance meetings, materials, minutes, and follow-up
- Track impact assessments, stakeholder maps, communications, training, and adoption feedback
- Prepare client-facing reports, heat maps, checklists, presentations, and communications
- Five to ten years of relevant work experience
- Project management, facilitation, and presentation design experience
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
- Superior organization and attention to detail
