Shape digital products at MNP through product strategy, roadmaps, and AI-enabled improvements across the Technology – Solution Delivery team.
As a Product Manager, you will connect business priorities, user needs, and technology considerations. You will guide discovery, requirements, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement for complex digital products, platforms, or enterprise systems. The work spans business, technology, UX, architecture, operations, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop product strategies and roadmaps aligned with priorities
- Gather user insights and identify product improvement opportunities
- Translate business needs into prioritized product requirements
- Lead lifecycle activities from discovery through continuous improvement
- Monitor success measures using feedback, analytics, and insights
- 8+ years managing complex digital products or enterprise systems
- Success translating strategy into measurable product outcomes
- Experience influencing senior business and technology stakeholders
- Cross-functional experience across technology, UX, and delivery
- Practical experience leveraging AI and modern tools
