Project Contract Administration Advisor

Coordinate project contract administration through onboarding, cost tracking, documentation, and close-out for an oil and gas assignment in Calgary, Alberta.

As SCM Contracts Advisor, you will report to the Manager, SCM Projects and manage day-to-day post-award activities. You will review commercial and legal terms, maintain contract records, monitor suppliers, and follow up on issues. When workload requires, you may support sourcing from bid preparation through award.

• Review awarded contracts, scopes, deliverables, reporting, costs, and schedules
• Maintain contract files, change logs, contact lists, and required trackers
• Prepare approval packages, meeting materials, correspondence, and commercial documentation
• Resolve or escalate contract, cost, schedule, performance, and commercial issues
• Support bid coordination, evaluations, negotiations, approvals, and contract awards

• Eight or more years of relevant contracts, procurement, supply chain, or project experience
• Experience with post-award contract administration and contract changes
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and judgement
• Experience with Microsoft Office and applicable business systems
• Education in supply chain, business, engineering, construction management, or related field
