Lead business process innovation with Lean Six Sigma expertise at Hexagon in Calgary or Morton through a hybrid work model.
As Process Innovation Manager, you will design, document, and implement scalable processes across Hexagon’s global organization. You will improve operational excellence through structured problem solving and continuous improvement. The role partners with engineering, product, deployment, operations, quality, and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement scalable end-to-end business processes
- Identify bottlenecks and eliminate cross-functional inefficiencies
- Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives
- Facilitate process design workshops across functions
- Manage adoption through training and change activities
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or related field
- Seven-plus years in process engineering or continuous improvement
- Knowledge of value stream mapping, SIPOC, A3, and root cause analysis
- Experience documenting processes with RACI matrices and swimlanes
- Experience defining KPIs and supporting sustained adoption
