At Stantec, the Regional Project Controls Lead connects business-center priorities with regional leadership across Infrastructure, Canada West. You will monitor project performance, identify emerging risks, and coordinate responses with Finance and Operations. The role also supports portfolio margin, DSO, forecasting, risk, and resource strategy. Success requires judgment, accountability, change leadership, and the ability to influence senior leaders. You will help build consistent operating practices across multiple groups while developing Project Controls capability.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor project performance and coordinate responses to margin impacts
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities requiring leadership action
- Advise leaders on project-controls strategy, governance, and staffing
- Lead change management, team building, and capability development
- Facilitate lessons learned across regions and business centers
- Bachelor’s degree with ten years of progressively responsible experience
- Advanced knowledge of Financial Percent Complete and gross margin
- Understanding of forecasting, DSO, risk, and portfolio governance
- Experience leading organizational change across multiple groups
- Demonstrated success influencing senior operational leaders
