As Supervisor Business Performance & Strategy, you will provide strategic, operational, and people leadership across the Projects organization. You will lead a small professional team while developing strategic plans, roadmaps, KPIs, and implementation plans. The work connects workforce data, organizational capability, and stakeholder priorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Advance the Projects organization’s strategic focus and business enablers
- Develop recommendations, roadmaps, KPIs, and implementation plans
- Guide a small team delivering analysis and strategic initiatives
- Analyze workforce, capacity, staffing, and performance data
- Partner with Projects, HR, and stakeholders on organizational priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, economics, HR, or related field
- Seven-plus years of progressively responsible planning and analytics experience
- Translate complex information into executive insights and recommendations
- Strong communication, negotiation, coaching, and leadership skills
- Ability to lead change and manage competing priorities
