This Senior Product Manager will lead a foundational product portfolio affecting how lawyers practice law. The work centers on improving usability, simplifying attorney workflows, and creating accessible legal services. Collaboration with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Support is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the roadmap for Clio’s core case management experience
- Transform complex experiences into intuitive work spaces
- Use research and data to define requirements
- Measure feature impact throughout the product lifecycle
- Launch end-to-end features across cross-functional teams
- At least six years managing SaaS or B2B software products
- Proven ownership of products throughout their lifecycle
- Strong understanding of legal practice workflows and burdens
- Ability to make decisions under uncertainty
- Collaborative partnerships with Product, Design, and Engineering
