Senior Contracts Manager

Lead complex contracts in Calgary with Raytheon Canada, applying negotiation expertise and compliance knowledge through a hybrid arrangement with set onsite days.

As a senior individual contributor, you will manage customer and subcontractor agreements across their full lifecycle. The work includes contractual interpretation, amendments, risk mitigation, and collaboration with program management, finance, legal, and supply chain. You will also mentor Contracts team members without direct supervisory responsibility.

• Manage complex contracts, subcontracts, modifications, and closeout activities
• Negotiate agreements, changes, non-routine issues, and contractual terms
• Translate prime contract requirements into aligned subcontracts
• Advise programs on obligations, deliverables, risks, and performance
• Prepare business cases, briefings, and compliant proposals

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience
• 10+ years in contract management, negotiation, or administration
• Strong knowledge of contractual terms, business law, and compliance
• Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
• Government of Canada security clearance and controlled-goods clearances
