Technology Business Enablement Analyst

Drive technology business enablement through portfolio support and strategic reporting in CGIC’s hybrid Retail Sales team, with two office days weekly. Use business analysis skills to improve collaboration, planning, and delivery.

As a Business Analyst, you will support prioritization processes and tandem project planning across Business and Technology teams. You will create partner reporting for budget planning, monthly reporting, and capacity tracking. The work includes requirements facilitation, workflow modeling, documentation, training, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate across Business and Technology teams on prioritization
• Provide effort estimates for implementation planning
• Facilitate user sessions and document process issues
• Develop workflow models, reports, and data models
• Deliver application training and support certification activities

• Minimum three years of related business experience
• Minimum two years in a Business Analyst role
• Experience gathering requirements and facilitating presentations
• Strong business and systems knowledge
• English required;
  French is an asset
