As an Operations Improvement Specialist, you will turn approved priorities into practical tools for operational use. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, technical teams, project managers, leaders, and end users. Your work supports adoption, learning, documentation, and transition.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop procedures, process maps, job aids, and user guides
- Translate complex information into clear, scalable operational resources
- Support pilots, user testing, facilitator preparation, and train-the-trainer activities
- Coordinate consultations, reviews, validation, and feedback cycles
- Publish approved content using documentation and version-control standards
- Firsthand understanding of construction or operational project realities
- Three or more years supporting programs, systems, or processes
- Enablement, writing, learning, or communications experience or aptitude
- Ability to organize complex work and manage concurrent deliverables
- Working knowledge of readiness, adoption, accessibility, and content lifecycle practices
Use practical construction knowledge, writing capability, and learning support skills to help Bird teams adopt operational improvements.
