Onboarding Project Manager Equity Solutions

Lead equity onboarding projects at Morgan Stanley at Work using client communication and project management expertise across concurrent implementations.

As an Onboarding Project Manager, AVP, you will support Global Equity Solutions and corporate clients moving onto equity administration platforms. You will manage Stock Plan Administration and Employee Broker Services implementations while coordinating milestones, requirements, risks, and client readiness. Your work connects clients, internal stakeholders, technical specialists, software development teams, vendors, and executives throughout delivery.

• Serve as primary contact for assigned corporate clients
• Establish project milestones, timelines, schedules, and standards
• Gather requirements and relay customer needs to technical teams
• Lead reviews, status reporting, issue resolution, and escalations
• Translate equity compensation practices into actionable client guidance

• BS or BA degree, or equivalent education and experience
• At least two years managing software or implementation projects
• Experience handling multiple priorities with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Microsoft Office, equity software, CRM, and project tool proficiency
