Environmental Health Safety Manager

Lead EHS compliance, training, and risk management at C.H. Guenther, with hands-on engagement across operations and employee activities.

The EHS Leader integrates processes, procedures, and programs under OSHA, EPA, federal, and state requirements. This hands-on role supports operations management, trains employees, and advances a safe, healthy workplace. You will analyze performance, guide corrective actions, and reinforce EHS culture through coaching and field engagement.

• Implement CHG EHS programs and continuous improvement initiatives
• Analyze EHS and KPI data in Gensuite
• Lead permitting and regulatory liaison activities
• Conduct training, audits, investigations, and risk assessments
• Track metrics and close corrective actions

• Five-plus years of EHS experience with a bachelor’s degree preferred
• Associate’s degree with seven-plus years EHS experience
• Ten-plus years EHS experience without a degree
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and state regulations
• Manufacturing experience preferred
