About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Estimator to join a respected general contractor with a strong and diverse ICI portfolio. This role is ideal for an estimator who enjoys both conceptual and detailed estimating and who thrives in a collaborative environment focused on accuracy, competitiveness, and well‑structured preconstruction processes.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates for ICI projects $20M +Analyze drawings and specifications to ensure scope clarityDevelop quantity take‑offs, costing, and complete bid submissionsSolicit, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier pricingWork closely with the preconstruction and project management teams to align estimates with project goalsAbout You
The successful candidate will have the following:
Professional Mindset:
Grit, Entrepreneur7–12+ years estimating ICI projects with a general contractorStrong understanding of local trade markets and construction costsExperience with estimating software and digital take off toolsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlinesClear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectivelyAbout this Job
