Limitless Automatics & Doors is an Alberta‑based company specializing in automatic entrances, hollow metal and wood doors, frames, and complex door hardware packages. We support a high volume of new construction and retrofit projects across commercial, institutional, and mixed‑use environments. This is a high‑impact Project Manager role focused primarily on hollow metal and wood door projects (Div 8 & 10). You will manage 20+ active new construction projects at various stages, ensuring they are properly planned, supplied, coordinated, and executed. The role requires expertise in construction sequencing, site readiness, coordination with general contractors and electricians, and strong project execution skills.

• Take full ownership of projects from award through installation and closeout.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining clarity on timelines, manpower, scope, and priorities.
• Identify and resolve risks, conflicts, and gaps proactively.
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with GCs, consultants, and internal teams.

• Attend and monitor active job sites to confirm readiness and identify issues early.
• Document site conditions and installation progress with detailed notes and photos.
• Coordinate with GCs, site supers, and electricians on rough‑opening sizes, framing conditions, power, wiring, conduit, site constraints, and sequencing.
• Confirm site readiness before dispatching technicians or subcontractors.
• Manage project closeouts, ensuring quality standards, deficiencies addressed, required documentation, and customer satisfaction.
• Review job costings to evaluate performance and uncover improvement opportunities.

• Work closely with the Project Coordinator and Purchaser to order doors, frames, hardware, and accessories accurately.
• Track and manage lead times actively.
• Coordinate deliveries, staging, and alignment with site readiness.
• Confirm material match to drawings, specifications, and site conditions.
• Adjust schedules proactively for changes in site conditions, lead times, or priorities.

• Coordinate and manage technicians and subcontractors for installations.
• Ensure crews dispatched with complete, accurate turnover packages.
• Support the field by answering questions, resolving issues, and maintaining momentum.
