Calgary Construction Operations is hiring a Paver Operator to support our Paving Division in Calgary, Alberta for the 2026 Season.
What You'll Do Here:
Operate the paver and other equipment safely and efficientlyEnsure the asphalt mix is placed to the correct grade and thicknessMaintain the correct speed and move the paver in a straight linePerform daily maintenance and safety inspectionsPreheat the paving screed before asphalt placementMonitor and control asphalt mixture temperaturesCoordinate with trucks delivering asphalt to the paverWhat You Bring to the Team:
2+ years' experience operating a Paver.Ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers, in a courteous, professional manner at all times.Maintains a valid Class 5 driver’s license or better.Own vehicle to get to and from jobsite.Willing to work overtime, nightshifts, weekends, as required.Must comply with the company's drug & alcohol program, including testing requirement.Other duties as assigned.Compensation and Benefits
