With a healthy backlog and continued expansion of their Special Projects division, they are looking to add an Intermediate Estimator who enjoys fast-paced projects, close collaboration with operations, and seeing work move from concept to completion.
The Role
As an Intermediate Estimator – Special Projects, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for projects typically under $10M, including renovations, tenant improvements, and smaller ground-up builds. You’ll work closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to develop budgets, pricing, and scopes that set projects up for success.
This is an excellent opportunity for an estimator who wants more ownership, exposure to a variety of project types, and a clear path for professional growth.
Qualifications & Experience
1-3 years of estimating experience with a general contractor-
Experience in estimating commercial or light industrial projects
Comfortable managing multiple estimates simultaneously
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and local market pricing
Proficiency with estimating software
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
