They are looking to add an experienced Superintendent to lead a multi-family woodframe project in Calgary.

The Role:
As Superintendent, you’ll be responsible for full site execution, including:
Overseeing day-to-day construction activities
Managing trades and site safety
Driving schedule and quality control
Coordinating with project managers and consultants
Ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years’ experience as a Superintendent on woodframe multi-family projects
Strong understanding of sequencing and scheduling
Proven ability to manage trades and maintain site productivity
Solid knowledge of Alberta building codes and safety standards
Natural leadership and communication skills
