Superior Roofing Ltd. is looking for an experienced Exterior Project Manager / Site Supervisor to oversee residential, multifamily, commercial, and restoration exterior projects throughout Calgary and surrounding areas. We are seeking a hands-on leader who can manage projects, supervise crews, perform inspections, and complete light exterior service work when required.

• Manage exterior projects from start to completion
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries
• Conduct pre-job site reviews and project planning
• Perform quality control inspections throughout construction
• Complete deficiency reviews and project closeouts
• Perform light exterior service and repair work as required, including siding, soffit, fascia, eaves trough, flashing, and minor roofing repairs
• Troubleshoot exterior building envelope issues and recommend solutions
• Communicate with homeowners, builders, restoration companies, and property managers
• Track project progress, deficiencies, and completion schedules
• Complete site reports, photos, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company procedures
• Assist with estimating, change orders, and project closeout as required

• Minimum 3 years of construction project management or site supervision experience; experience with siding, soffit, fascia, eaves trough, cladding, roofing, and exterior renovations
• Ability to perform light hands-on service work when required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

$75,000 to $82,500 per year depending on experience, plus performance incentives.
