As a Preconstruction Estimator, you’ll play a key role in transforming project plans and proposals into accurate cost estimates. This position involves reviewing specifications and performing comprehensive cost analyses, allowing you to deliver competitive bids that reflect First Onsite’s high standards. Collaborating daily with project managers and architects will ensure every detail aligns with our commitment to quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze specifications and plans for accurate cost assessments

• Create competitive and detailed project estimates

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of construction estimating experience

• Knowledge of construction materials and processes

• Skilled in Microsoft Office and Xactimate preferred

• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
