Key Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise daily activities of welders and laborers

• Serve as Site Safety Lead and conduct hazard assessments

• Interpret blueprints to guide installation work

• Coordinate with project managers and other trades

• Manage tool requisitions and resolve structural issues

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in construction

• Proven experience with structural steel installation

• Proficient in reading technical drawings

• Ability to perform at heights in extreme conditions
