Position: Pipelayer for Road Construction
Become a vital part of Aecon Group Inc.'s road construction team in Calgary as a Pipelayer. You’ll construct essential underground pipe systems, contributing to major infrastructure projects and community enhancement.

Aecon Group Inc. is actively seeking skilled Pipelayers to support the 2026 Road Construction Underground Crew. Ideal candidates will bring hands-on experience in roadway construction and a commitment to safety.

This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects while receiving robust support for health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble underground pipe systems for construction projects

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols throughout the worksite

• Collaborate with team members on site operations

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and public

• Support community-based initiatives through your work

Requirements:

• Past experience as a pipelayer in roadway construction

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently and maintain stamina

• Class 5 driver’s license or higher required

• Personal vehicle for jobsite transportation

• Willingness to comply with drug and alcohol testing
