Construction Site Supervisor – Healthcare Projects (Travel Required)

Location: Canada-wide travel

Salary: $95K – $125K + package (depending on experience)

A well-established General Contractor is looking to bring on an experienced Site Supervisor to support a steady pipeline of healthcare, institutional, and commercial renovation projects across Canada.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on Supervisor who is comfortable working in active, occupied environments and is open to travel for project‑based assignments.

You will work closely with the Project Manager and play a key role in delivering small to mid‑sized projects in sensitive, operational facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
  • Coordinate and supervise trades and site staff, maintaining productivity and quality standards
  • Enforce health & safety protocols, including infection prevention and control procedures in active environments
  • Conduct site orientations, safety meetings, and daily hazard assessments
  • Manage material deliveries and site logistics in line with project progress
  • Maintain strong communication with the Project Manager and project stakeholders
  • Represent the company professionally in all client‑facing interactions
  • Support hands‑on site activities as required
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Site Supervisory experience in construction
  • Experience working on healthcare, institutional, or occupied renovation projects is a strong asset
  • Solid understanding of construction drawings, materials, and methods
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety practices
  • Familiarity with infection control standards is an asset
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Canada
