You'll track daily production, direct subcontractors, and communicate effectively with project managers to achieve objectives without compromising safety or quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate site operations and manage subcontractors

• Plan work sequences to meet all project timelines

• Review designs and resolve constraints with the Project Manager

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Complete accurate daily reports on labor and materials

Requirements:

• Minimum 7−10 years in civil construction

• Strong understanding of civil methods and sequencing

• Leadership experience in a foreman or superintendent role

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license

• Ability to manage multiple work fronts effectively
