Your role includes guiding junior staff and maintaining supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive estimates including quantity takeoffs

• Review subcontractor quotes for accuracy

• Develop relationships with suppliers for efficient workflows

• Participate in client meetings for project discussions

• Mentor junior team members in estimating practices

Requirements:

• 10+ years of estimating experience in general construction

• Degree in Engineering or Construction-related discipline

• Advanced skills in estimating software, particularly In Eight

• Excellent team collaboration and leadership abilities

• Familiarity with project delivery methods
