Position: Experienced Paver Operator Needed

We seek a Paver Operator with 3-5 years of experience in asphalt laying and paver operation, adept in Niveltronic or Topcon systems. Focused on productivity and quality, you will coordinate with team members to enhance paving processes. Candidates must meet safety standards and maintain equipment effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate asphalt pavers and manage delivery for optimal quality

• Maximize productivity through daily project planning with team

• Ensure proper machine start-up and shutdown procedures

• Maintain paver auger feed and grade control systems

• Assist with achieving required asphalt thickness and smoothness

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean record

• 3-5 years paver operation experience
