With over 5 years in the industry, including 2 years in supervisory roles, your responsibilities will include overseeing excavation projects, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining efficient operations while adhering to engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily crew operations and mentoring

• Oversee excavation and utility project management

• Ensure strict safety adherence on-site

• Coordinate heavy equipment for projects

• Accurately log daily production and progress

Requirements:

• 5+ years in heavy civil construction

• Safety certifications such as CSTS

• Leadership experience in a supervisory capacity
