Site Superintendent

Position: Site Superintendent for JAX Builders
Join JAX Builders as a Site Superintendent and excel in overseeing multiple construction projects across Western Canada. If you have a passion for building and delivering results, we want you on our team.

We are looking for a motivated and organized Site Superintendent to lead various out-of-town projects. This full-time role requires the ability to manage trades and coordinate activities on-site effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining records as projects move forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all site activity, including trades and suppliers

• Schedule site activity and trades efficiently

• Identify and resolve issues with project drawings

• Prepare materials in advance of scheduled work

• Maintain compliance with safety programs on-site

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in site management

• Knowledge of Alberta and Canada building codes

• Experience with full building and site construction

• Ability to operate Skid steers and Mini excavators

• Proficiency in carpentry and labor skills
