Ensure flawless homes for possession with Cantiro as a Warranty Specialist. Focus on inspections, manage trade days, and address emergency calls while supporting the construction team.

This full-time role reports to the Construction Manager, overseeing warranty inspections and managing trade days. You will ensure that homes are ready with zero deficiencies and meet with clients to address any concerns. This position bridges warranty duties with construction support, enhancing quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect homes for deficiencies before possession dates

• Meet clients on possession and pre-occupancy dates

• Conduct warranty inspections with clients at scheduled times

• Organize trade days for timely resolution of warranty items

• Handle emergency calls post-possession promptly

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years in residential construction/renovation

• Knowledge of Alberta Building Code is essential

• Clean Class 5 Driver’s License required

• Personal hand tools necessary for repairs

• Proficiency in MS Office applications
