Position: Senior Estimator at PCL Construction

In this role, you will conduct thorough evaluations of contract documents, manage project timelines, and lead client proposal presentations. Your background in construction cost estimating will help you navigate project challenges and provide insights for effective client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze contract specifications and manage project timelines

• Complete quantity take-offs for labor and materials

• Lead pricing discussions and client proposal presentations

• Organize and document estimating information for project continuity

• Evaluate risks and opportunities with chief estimator

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or trade experience

• Mandatory Gold Seal certification in estimating

• 12+ years of construction cost estimating experience

• Proven leadership in high-value projects up to $250 million

• In-depth knowledge of bid processes and construction types
