You will also manage timelines and solve on-site challenges, working closely with the project manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction site operations and worker safety

• Prepare schedules and monitor project progress

• Conduct inspections and maintain equipment

• Coordinate trades and schedule materials with the PM

• Track deficiencies and perform handyman services

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Site Supervisor in construction

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Proven ability to work on historical renovations

• Basic health & safety certifications

• Excellent communication skills
