CANA Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong record in commercial projects. This role focuses on monitoring site safety, contractor management, and work execution within budget and schedule constraints. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, leadership capabilities, and a proven background in construction project controls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all site safety requirements and contractor management
• Ensure project completion on time and within budget
• Minimize costs through efficient resource management
• Implement construction planning and site execution effectively
• Maintain compliance with contract documents and OH&S regulations
Requirements:
• Journeyperson or equivalent qualifications
• 10-15 years of commercial construction experience
• Proficient in site operation software including Procore
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean record
