As part of our Calgary Construction Operations, you will focus on finishing concrete for city roads and ensure project specifications are met. With a minimum of 3-4 years of experience, your role will involve using hand tools and machinery while emphasizing safety and attention to detail. Your contributions will be significant in maintaining the community’s infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and prepare work site for projects
• Construct and take down concrete forms as needed
• Ensure proper form placement by following grade
• Handle hand and power tools safely
• Attend safety committee meetings and report hazards
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-4 years of concrete finishing experience
• Understanding of local roads specifications
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
• Reliable transportation to the job site
• Must comply with drug & alcohol testing
