This permanent, full-time role requires you to supervise a team of five to ten laborers while working from both the office and job sites. You will coordinate activities, recommend enhancements for productivity, and manage reporting on project progress. Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate project costs and requisition necessary materials

• Resolve technical problems and improve work quality

• Prepare relevant production reports regularly

• Confirm health and safety standards are met

• Coordinate with other supervisors for project efficiency

Requirements:

• Instruction in construction or related field required

• 7 months to less than 1 year of supervisory experience

• Secondary school credentials essential

• Valid driver’s license for travel

• Completion of a criminal record check required
