You will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of high-profile projects. This position requires over 10 years of expertise in managing large construction projects under CCDC 5B contracts. As the primary technical authority, you’ll also handle contractor relations and resource allocation effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage construction project phases from contract to turnover
• Act as Owner’s Representative for client interaction
• Coordinate contractors and address construction issues
• Evaluate designs for buildability and risk mitigation
• Provide concise reporting to executives on project status
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in commercial project management
• Successful delivery of high-value construction projects
• Proven leadership in complex interior constructions
• Strong knowledge of construction practices
• Degree in relevant field; PMP preferred
