This results-driven position seeks a candidate with 2-5 years of experience in construction estimating. You'll analyze and prepare accurate cost estimates, evaluate bid proposals, and maintain budgets from conceptual design to implementation. Your understanding of construction methods will be key in identifying risk and recommending value opportunities, making your role vital in our mission to create impactful developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates for tenant improvements and upgrades

• Analyze project documents for accuracy and cost assumptions

• Compare and evaluate subcontractor bids for selection

• Develop budgets and financial analysis for feasibility

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure budget alignment

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management or similar

• 2-5 years estimating experience in mixed-use projects

• Familiarity with construction materials and market pricing

• Advanced Excel and estimating software skills

• Strong analytical and communicative abilities
