Position: Construction Assistant Superintendent Role

In this role, you will oversee daily construction tasks and ensure that projects meet stringent quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor budgets and forecast phases for profitability

• Direct all project activities in compliance with contracts

• Clearly communicate personnel roles and responsibilities

• Ensure all necessary tools and equipment are available

• Assist hands-on when needed during critical milestones

Requirements:

• At least 5 years as a Superintendent in commercial builds

• Experience managing projects from $100K to $5M

• Journeyman certification or relevant experience

• Available to travel and work night shifts

• Must have a valid driver's license and transportation
