This permanent role involves supporting the Project Manager in all facets of construction, from pre-construction to building occupancy phases. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring that project deliverables align with specifications and timelines, fostering strong relationships with contractors and subcontractors along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and coordinate mechanical and electrical drawings
• Assist in the development of commissioning schedules
• Ensure quality standards in site services and installations
• Manage subcontractor communications and compliance
• Conduct inspections and maintain checklists for quality control
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in a relevant field
• At least 5 years of experience with M&E systems in construction
• Knowledge of commercial construction practices
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
