Project Manager for Building Construction

Lead impactful building projects in Calgary as a Project Manager rsee planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring safety, budget, and quality objectives are met every step of the way.

The Project Manager coordinates project activities with teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Your role will require managing complex schedules, including large-scale and design-build projects. You will work independently, using your experience to overcome challenges and ensure project delivery aligns with objectives.

• Promote Ledcor's safety culture on-site and ensure compliance

• Manage projects from award to closeout, meeting contract specifications

• Develop and monitor detailed project schedules and milestones

• Forecast project budgets and ensure financial targets are met

• Oversee procurement and manage contracts and subcontracts

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Construction Management or related field

• 5-10 years of project management experience in construction

• Strong skills in construction scheduling and financial management

• Solid understanding of construction contracts and change orders

• Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug test
