Lane Technician​/Traffic Control Worker

In this role, you will assist in the maintenance and removal of traffic control devices during construction projects in Calgary. Your responsibilities include conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Excellent communication with crew members and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting up traffic control devices and signage

• Maintain compliance with established safety standards

• Follow traffic control plans for safe vehicle flow

• Communicate any hazards or issues to team leaders

• Carry out general labor tasks related to site safety

Requirements:

• Prior experience in construction or traffic control advantageous

• Capability to work safely near traffic and machinery

• Physical stamina for manual labor is required

• Strong communication and instruction-following skills

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License preferred
