This role demands three years or more experience operating as an Asphalt Screed Operator. You will engage thoroughly with the Paver Operator, ensuring proper grading, depth, and a polished finish. Attention to detail is crucial as you adjust screed settings to meet paving specifications and guarantee the consistent flow of materials.

• Foster a safe work environment

• Make adjustments to screed settings

• Monitor consistency of asphalt materials

• Perform routine equipment maintenance

Requirements:

• 3+ years as an Asphalt Screed Operator

• Deep knowledge of asphalt paving methods

• Ability to interpret paving plans

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

• Successful completion of Drug Testing required
