Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Ensure project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and evaluating construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.
• Ensure clients' needs are met in a timely and cost‑effective manner.
• Provide support in planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones and monitoring progress against established schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of contracts and negotiating revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with clients and subcontractors.
• Ensure the project adheres to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
• Assist in the preparation of progress reports and issuing progress schedules to clients.
• Support with recruitment and management of project staff and contractors.

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering and/or equivalent experience in the oil & gas industry may be considered.
• Experience coordinating a single large project or several projects simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of contracts and contract management.
• Experience managing Unit Rate, Lump Sum and T&M;
  Contracts projects.
• Robust organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize various tasks with conflicting deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug and alcohol test including cannabis.
