Position: On-Site Construction Helper Role
Step into an on-site Construction Trades Helper position, contributing to high-rise building projects. This role demands physical strength and teamwork to manage construction materials and equipment efficiently.

We are looking for a motivated Construction Trades Helper with 1-2 years of experience. Your key tasks will involve working outdoors on various construction sites, where you will load materials, mix concrete, and assist in erecting scaffolding. Candidates must be reliable and prepared to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and transport materials safely

• Dismantle and erect scaffolding and ramps

• Mix and pour concrete and asphalt

• Clean construction sites and salvage materials

• Operate construction equipment and machinery

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience

• Familiarity with construction tools and machines

• Ability to lift heavy materials up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

• Personal safety gear: steel-toed boots, hard hat

• Strong physical endurance and dexterity
