We are looking for an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team, primarily focusing on final grading and loaming for new home projects. You must have a minimum of one year’s experience operating mini skid steers with foot controls. Emphasizing safety, you will work efficiently in tight spaces and assist with winter snow removal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate mini skid steer for grading and loaming

• Complete fine grading for new construction lots

• Work safely in narrow areas between houses

• Assist with snow removal duties during winter months

Requirements:

• Must have foot controls experience

• At least 1 year of skid steer operating experience
