Position: Experienced Underground Foreman Role
Take charge of sewer and water projects with KLS Earthworks & Environmental in Calgary as an Underground Foreman. Utilize your extensive field experience to lead effectively.

KLS Earthworks & Environmental is in search of a knowledgeable Underground Foreman with 5–10 years in sewer and water infrastructure. You will oversee various crews, ensuring project plans and specifications are adhered to while promoting a culture of safety and efficiency.

Your role is essential in fostering teamwork and delivering quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise underground construction crews

• Execute project plans, drawings, and specifications accurately

• Manage daily operation reports and production metrics

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and city specifications

• Communicate regularly with project managers and subcontractors

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience as a Foreman/Supervisor

• Strong understanding of excavation and underground utilities

• Proven track record of leadership in construction

• Detail-oriented and excellent multitasking skills

• Clean driving record and readiness to work on-site
