This role entails leading small to medium estimates and supporting larger teams by reviewing bid documents and determining project requirements. You will contribute to preparing tender forms, analyzing market conditions, and fostering strong relationships with subtrade partners. Mentorship of junior team members is also a key aspect of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze contract specifications to determine project scope

• Lead estimates and support bid document organization

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs for labor and materials

• Collaborate with estimators for successful bid submissions

• Build relationships with stakeholders for project insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent trade experience

• Familiarity with construction estimating and delivery methods

• Advanced skills in estimating software and Microsoft Office

• Understanding of compensation models and market trends

• Strong aptitude for mentoring junior team members
