The project, lasting just over a year, requires attention to detail and organizational skills to keep material management efficient. There’s an opportunity for continued work with the renovation team after the project’s completion in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and arrange materials efficiently

• Validate deliveries for accuracy and any damages

• Maintain updated inventory tracking systems

• Manage tool storage and sign-in/sign-out protocols

• Monitor material levels, informing the Superintendent as needed

Requirements:

• Skilled labor experience when required on site

• Willingness to be on your feet for 8+ hours

• Capability to lift weights of 50 lbs regularly

• Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation

• Fast-paced construction environment experience
