Position: Estimator Role at SB In-Person
Join SB Canada as an Estimator in either Edmonton or Calgary, focusing on in-person collaboration to deliver best-in-class construction bids. This full-time position emphasizes teamwork and independent task management.

Candidates should bring 3–7+ years of estimating experience, with a preference for deep foundations and heavy civil projects.

Your role will include preparing tender documents, liaising with subcontractors, and contributing to project planning. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support estimating tasks through tender document preparation

• Liaise with general contractors and owners during bidding stages

• Engage technical support for accurate estimating inputs

• Attend site meetings to identify project risks

• Assist in project handover and material procurement

Requirements:

• Education in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar

• Proven estimating experience in construction (3–7+ years)

• Familiarity with estimating software and CRM tools

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Gold Seal Certification is a plus
